One of the key stages for a new Group is it’s registration with the Scout Association, This is done by completing a Form C by the District Executive, and sending it off.
The Form C for the 26th Milton Keynes is now with HQ to register us, and make us exist, Once complete, The volunteers who have already agreed to be the Group Exec, and TeamCubs can start their stages towards becoming members, as we can create roles for them against the new Group.
Once that’s done we can progress with the more boring bits behind the scenes, such as bank accounts, Gift Aid registration and having our first Exec meeting.
Whilst that is underway we can work with our section team to start planning a programme, and taking young people from the waiting list.
